How to make a "Bourbon Flip"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 1/2 oz light cream
- 1/8 tsp grated nutmeg
How to:
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the bourbon, egg, sugar, and cream
- Shake well
- Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg
