How to make a "Brandied Madeira"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1 oz madeira
- 1 twist lemon peel
How to:
- Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with cracked ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes
- Add the twist of lemon peel and serve
