How to make a "Brandy Cocktail"

Ingredients:

2 oz brandy
1/4 tsp sugar syrup
2 dashes bitters
1 twist lemon peel

How to:

Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
Add the twist of lemon peel and serve
