How to make a "Burgundy Bishop"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz light rum
- juice of 1/4 lemons
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- red wine
How to:
- Shake rum, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes
- Fill with red wine and stir
- Decorate with various fruits and serve
