How to make a "Scotch Bird Flyer"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Scotch whiskey
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1 oz light cream
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
How to:
- Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a champagne flute, and serve
