How to make a "Derby Fizz"
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz Scotch whiskey
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 whole egg
- soda water
How to:
- Combine all ingredients except water with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously
- Pour over ice cubes in a chilled collins glass
- Fill with sparkling water and stir gently
