How to make a "Strawberry Bolle"
Ingredients:
- 3 bottles chilled apple cider
- 1 bottle chilled Champagne
- 1 kg sliced and hulled strawberries
- 8 tbsp sugar
How to:
- Sprinkle strawberries with sugar, add one bottle cider
- Chill for several hours
- To serve, pour into large bowl with ice, add the rest of the wine
- Serve in small wine glasses
