How to make a "Strawberry Kir Royale"
Ingredients:
- 2 cups halved strawberries
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup chilled Champagne
- 1 tsp creme de cassis
How to:
- Mix strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let stand for 5-10 minutes
- Stir occasionally
- Divide into two white wine glasses, add champagne and creme de cassis
