How to make an "El Nino"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz peach schnapps
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 1 splash soda water
How to:
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously
- Strain over ice in a hurricane glass, and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry
