How to make a "Corkscrew"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz peach schnapps
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1 twist lemon peel
How to:
- In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, peach schnapps, and vermouth
- Stir well
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist
