How to make a "Cumulus"
Ingredients:
- 3 cl Drambuie® Scotch whiskey
- 1 1/2 cl Tia Maria® coffee liqueur
- 1 cl cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp sugar
How to:
- Shake intensely with ice
- Serve in a frosted glass, and sprinkle with powdered coffee or nutmeg
