How to make a "Damn-Your-Eyes"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz anejo rum
- 1/2 oz blonde Dubonnet® French vermouth
- 1 tsp dry vermouth
- 1 twist lemon peel
How to:
- In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, dubonnet, and dry vermouth
- Stir well
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist
