How to make a "Delmonico Cocktail"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz gin
- 1/2 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1 dash bitters
- 1 twist lemon peel
How to:
- In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, brandy, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, and bitters
- Stir well
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist
