How to make a "Doctor Dawson"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz tequila
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 1 dash bitters
- 1 egg
- 3 oz club soda
How to:
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, bitters, and egg
- Shake well
- Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
- Top with the club soda
