How to make a "Doralto"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz tequila
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 1 dash bitters
- 4 oz tonic water
- 1 lime wedge
How to:
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, and bitters
- Shake well
- Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
- Top with the tonic water and garnish with the lime wedge
