How to make a "White Elephant"
Ingredients:
- 1 cup moist shredded coconuts
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 6 oz white rum
- 2 oz white creme de cacao
- 1 cup crushed ice
How to:
- Combine ingredients in a blender, and mix until smooth and thick
- Serve with a straw, and a garnish of shredded coconut
