How to make an "American Flyer"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar syrup
- fill with Champagne
How to:
- Shake the rum, the juice and the syrup with cracked ice
- Strain into a chilled white wine glass and fill with sparkling wine
