How to make a "Fino Martini"
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz gin
- 1 1/2 tsp fino sherry
- 1 twist lemon peel
How to:
- In a mixing glas half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin or vodka and the sherry
- Stir well
- Strain into a cocktail glass
- Garnish with the lemon twist
