How to make a "Green Fizz"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 tsp green creme de menthe
- juice of 1/2 lemons
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
- carbonated water
How to:
- Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over 2 ice cubes
- Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve
