How to make a "Green Fairy"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz absinthe herbal liqueur
- 1 oz water
- juice of 1 lemons
- 2 tsp egg white
- 1 dash Angostura® bitters
How to:
- Shake thoroughly with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
