How to make a "Hard Eight"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Haitian dark rum
- juice of 1/2 limes
- 2 dashes Peychaud® bitters
- fill with ginger beer
How to:
- Add rum, lime juice and bitters to an ice-filled collins glass
- Fill with ginger beer
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a lemon spiral
