  1. In 2 qt
  2. microproof casserole, combine hot water, sugar, spices, and concentrated juices
  3. Stir, then cook on HI 5-6 minutes or until mixture boils
  4. Heat rum in microproof container on HI for 30 seconds
  5. Ignite and pour over hot beverage
  6. Ladle into punch cups for serving
