How to make a "Leche de Monja"

Ingredients:



How to:

  1. Place whole eggs, in shell, (organic would be preferable) in a jar
  2. Cover with lemon/lime juice
  3. Seal the jar and refrigerate
  4. Leave the eggs to marinate for 2-3 weeks
  5. The shells should become soft
  6. Place the eggs and juice in a blender and blend until smooth
  7. Strain to remove egg membranes
  8. Add sugar and pisco to taste
