How to make a "White Lady"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 egg white
- 1 oz light cream
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
How to:
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients
- Shake well
- Strain into a cocktail glass
