How to make an "Amaretto Colada"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz white rum
- 1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 1 1/3 oz coconut cream
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 1 tsp whipping cream
How to:
- Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice
- Garnish with a pineapple slice or cherry, add straws, and serve in a pina colada glass
