How to make a "Boston Punch"
Ingredients:
- 75 cl Champagne
- 28 cl cider
- 14 cl brandy
- 2 oz triple sec
- 3 oz dark rum
- 4 oz lemon juice
- 40 cl soda water
- 1 tbsp sugar
How to:
- Dissolve sugar and combine ingredients in a punch bowl with sufficient ice to chill
- Add thin wedges of apple
- Serve in wine glasses
