How to make a "Maestro"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz anejo rum
- 1/2 oz sherry
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 4 oz ginger ale
How to:
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, sherry, and lime juice
- Shake well
- Strain into a collins glass almost filled with crushed ice and top with the ginger ale
- Garnish with a lemon twist
