How to make a "Mandarine Imperiale"
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Champagne
- 1 1/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon® orange liqueur
- 1 oz egg white
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 oz sugar syrup
How to:
- Shake mandarine, egg white, lemon juice and syrup well and strain into a wine glass
- Pour in the champagne
