How to make a "Peach Punch"
Ingredients:
- 25 liters sparkling white wine
- 2 liters peach liqueur
- 2 liters brandy
- 2 kg sugar
- strawberries
- peaches
- 1 handful cloves
How to:
- Add wine, liqueur, brandy, sugar, cloves and chopped fruit to a large, 40-litre bowl
- Mix until the sugar dissolves, and let rest for 12 hours
- Serve with added sugar or brandy if desired
