How to make a "Pendennis"
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 2 oz bourbon whiskey
How to:
- Dissolve the sugar in a few drops of water, in an old-fashioned glass
- Almost fill the glass with crushed ice, add the bourbon and stir well
- Garnish with a twist of lemon
