How to make a "Pink Cream Fizz"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 1 oz light cream
- 1 tsp grenadine syrup
- 4 oz club soda
How to:
- Combine the gin, lemon juice, sugar, cream, and grenadine in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes
- Add the club soda, and stir well
