How to make a "Northside Special"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Jamaican dark rum
- 3 oz orange juice
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 2 oz soda water
How to:
- Add all ingredients (except soda) to a collins glass
- Dissolve sugar, filled with crushed ice, and add soda
- Garnish with a cherry, slices of lemon and orange, and serve with straws
