How to make a "Polar Bear Cooler"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz dark rum
- 1 oz Punt e Mes red vermouth
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz orange juice
- 3 1/2 oz cold 7-Up® soda
How to:
- Pour into a collins glass filled with broken ice and add a spiral of lemon
- Garnish with an orange wedge and cherry
- Serve with straws
