How to make a "Parisiana Punch"
Ingredients:
- 75 cl Champagne
- 30 cl madeira
- 12.5 cl cognac
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 lemons
How to:
- Add madeira, cognac, sugar and lemons (washed and halved) to a large jug
- Mix until sugar dissolves, and chill for 2 - 3 hours
- Add the champagne, and serve in wine glasses
