How to make a "Casablanca"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz coconut rum
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
How to:
- Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a collins glass
- Add grenadine, garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve unstirred
