How to make a "Calvados Cream"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Calvados® brandy
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz egg white
- 1 oz double cream
- 1 tsp pineapple syrup
How to:
- Shake and strain into a cocktail glass
