How to make a "Cape Snow"

Ingredients:

1 oz brandy
1 oz Van Der Hum® liqueur
2 tbsp vanilla ice cream

How to:

Blend briefly in a blender
Pour into a wine goblet, garnish with a slice of orange, and serve
