How to make a "Calypso Coffee"
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz dark creme de cacao
- 5 oz coffee
- 1 1/2 oz whipped cream
- 1 tsp amaretto almond liqueur
- 1 tsp sugar
How to:
- Pour coffee, rum and cacao into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste
- Float the cream on top, add amaretto, and serve
