How to make a "Canario"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz pisco brandy
- 1 1/2 oz mandarin juice
- 1 tsp pineapple syrup
- 1/4 oz lime juice
- 1 tsp caster sugar
How to:
- Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a double-cocktail glass filled with crushed ice
- Garnish with a twist of lime, and serve
