How to make a "Chinatown"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz lychee wine
- 1 oz gin
- 1/3 oz Kirschwasser® cherry brandy
- 1/2 oz pineapple syrup
- 2 stoned lychee
How to:
- Blend until smooth
- Add a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly
- Serve with straws in a rocks or old-fashioned glass
