How to make a "Remsen Cooler"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- carbonated water
- 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
How to:
- Pour two ounces of carbonated water into a collins glass, add sugar and stir
- Add ice cubes, gin, and fill with carbonated water
- Stir again, and garnish with a twist of lemon and a spiral of orange on the rim
