How to make a "Rum Rickey"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- club soda
How to:
- Pour light rum, lime juice and sugar syrup into an ice-filled mixing glass
- Shake, strain into an ice-filled collins glass, and fill with club soda
- Garnish with a wedge of lime, and serve
