How to make a "Dundee Dream"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Scotch whiskey
- 1/2 oz sweet sherry
- 1 oz mandarin juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 3 oz dry ginger ale
How to:
- Shake with a glassful of broken ice and pour unstrained into a highball glass
- Add the ginger ale, garnish with a cherry and orange slice, and serve
