How to make a "Hairy Coconut"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 1/2 oz Pisang Ambon® liqueur
- 1 tsp Green Chartreuse®
- 1/2 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz whipping cream
How to:
- Rim a champagne saucer with egg white and sweet grated coconut
- Shake ingredients and strain into the saucer
- Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry, and serve
