How to make an "Indian Tea"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz gold rum
- 3/4 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 5 oz hot black tea
- 1 tsp sugar
How to:
- Gently simmer tea and peel in a small saucepan for 1 - 2 minutes
- Add liquors and pour, with peel, into a cup
- Serve
