How to make a "Gold Mine"
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz Scotch whiskey
- 1/2 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
- 1/2 oz sweet sherry
- 1 tsp egg white
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz lemonade
How to:
- Shake all ingredients (except lemonade) well
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass three-quarters filled with broken ice, and add lemonade
- Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry, and serve
