How to make a "Hong Kong Fizz"
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz benedictine herbal liqueur
- 1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse®
- 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse®
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 4 oz soda water
- 1/2 tsp caster sugar
How to:
- Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a highball glass half-filled with ice
- Add soda, straws and a muddler, and serve
