How to make a "Boina Roja"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz extra aged white rum
- 3/4 oz white rum
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 2 - 3 dashes grenadine syrup
- juice of 1/2 limes
How to:
- Pour rums, sugar and grenadine over crushed ice in a small highball glass, and stir well
- Add lime juice, garnish with a mint sprig and a cherry, and serve
