How to make a "Cafe de Paris"

Ingredients:

1 oz gin
1/2 oz anisette
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1 egg white
1 oz cream

How to:

Shake ingredients over ice cubes in a shaker
Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve
