How to make a "Caledonia"
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz brandy
- 3/4 oz brown creme de cacao
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 oz cream
- 3/4 oz milk
How to:
- Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker
- Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve
